  Dr. Scott is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has additional training in pediatric orthopedics. He completed his undergraduate degree at Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska in 1976. Dr. Scott received his doctor of medicine from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 1979. His residency was completed in 1984 at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita.

• Dr. Scott is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and Colorado Medical Society.

  Dr. Scott and his wife Jan have two children, Christopher and Kate. He enjoys traveling, involvement in community medical affairs and choir.
