Introduction to Healing Therapy class to be offered at Mercy Regional Medical Center

Facilitated by Suzanne Bolton, RN, HNC, & Melinda Mical, RN, CMT
Mercy Regional Medical Center Conference Rooms A and B, Garden Level
Sept.12, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Participants will learn, practice, and experience new ways to soothe pain and anxiety to promote healing and a sense of wellbeing in themselves and others.
This introductory workshop emphasizes:

*       Importance of intention and healing presence
*       Centering - meditation & sharing in circle
*       Basics of the human energy system
*       Experiences of  the human energy field
*       The 5 essential steps to Healing Therapy
*       Intentional Comfort Touch
*       Aromatherapy
*       Chakra connection
*       Pain drain
*       Hands-on work

The cost is $95 for community members, $75 for Mercy employees and $70 for students.  The workshop is limited to 28 participants.
